Rahquaill ‘Rocky’ Morris has over 10 years of insurance industry expertise. Serving as Chief Operating Officer, she leads all operations within our organization – including human resource management, finance and commissions, and new business and administrative processes.
Prior to joining our team, Rocky was Vice President of Internal Sales and Operations for Crump’s Independent Platform, in addition to spending five years as Vice President of Operations for a national life insurance brokerage firm. She has earned an executive master’s in business administration from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management, and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from The University of Michigan.
Rocky is an identical twin and enjoys reading, diverse genres of music and working with children.
